Helpdesk, Email Response Management System
Our Customer Response application with an integrated Email Response Management System (ERMS) automates and optimizes customer support. ERMS and the Helpdesk application encourages, reminds, and ensures that customer emails are answered, tracked, and resolved. In addition, a process is automatically initiated to ensure emails are categorized, issued a unique tracking number, and automatically acknowledged.
Helpdesk users and helpdesk managers can execute several actions with helpdesk tickets, such as:
- View New / Open / Closed Tickets
- Answer tickets using pre-defined or customized answers
- View ticket history (shows all emails connected to a ticket)
- Assign owner to a ticket (responsible agent)
- Close and archive tickets (successful or not, with comments)
- Re-open closed tickets
- Assign priority (high, standard, low)
